Suggestions to Get the Most of Your Ad
- Print ads will be seen during Bear Week and you'll want to run a ad relative to that fact. For example, if you are an inn keeper, the customer will already be in accommodations, so tailor your ad to return visits (SpookyBear, Out of Hibernation, next Bear Week).
- On-line ads will be seen in advance of Bear Week and you'll want to promote items that help someone plan their Provincetown Bear Week visit from travel to accommodations, to meals, to show tickets.
- Many of the attendees are making their first visit to Provincetown. Your business name may not be self explanatory to an out of town visitor. Let them know some facts about your business, i.e. what type of food or what type of product or service do you offer.
- Offer a promotion or discount on products or services to distinguish and attract visitors to your business
